It has a family feeling and atmosphere yet backed by a multi billion dollar company that is in almost 120 countries. It has a very international global feel and the best people I've ever worked with.
Cons
There really isn't any negatives other than being only 100 people limits your upward progression but the management really tries to find opportunities within the larger organization of you want to take on more responsibility.
