My top 2 pros are the fact we work everyday with an international team of experts who are always happy to share their knowledge and the fact we are a small team in the NYC's office. That second point allows you to see many aspects and be involved in a lot of different and exciting projects. Your point of view always matters. We are a small and big team at the same time thanks to the offices in France and Spain, which is great.

I don't have anything bad to say for now! It is a great experience on a personal as well as professional level.

Adwanted is a fantastic place to work. I feel like I'm always learning something new and leadership is never afraid to challenge you with exciting new projects. The small team creates a great environment for camaraderie where all opinions are valued. Having coworkers in Lille, Paris, and Madrid also forces you to get out of the NY bubble and work with a truly international focus. All around, my experience so far has been wonderful.

I honestly can't think of any. If you're comfortable working in a start-up like atmosphere at an established international company, this is the place for you.
