The worst account management team I have worked in. The teams work in silos, there are cliques everywhere and it is very hard to fit in. There is a very high turner over of account managers which is why they are always hiring. The entire AM leads were previous account managers with no formal training on how to manage, they don't even sit on the same floor as the team they manage. They have an very toxic drinking culture, if you don't drink, I don't recommend joining. The team lack experience, there are a lot of junior AMs who don't even know the basics of how payments operate and it's embarrassing.
