Really cool if you're in a position to take advantage of the culture.
Cons
The engineers tend to do whatever they like without really considering the impact to the current product. This leads to unnecessary outages and huge delays for merchants whose implementations are sometimes broken by these changes. There is also an intention to make the culture of the company more global but it is clearly centered around Amsterdam and its values.
