      Pros

      Great product. Cool low level people. Good opportunities if you can play the politics game.

      Cons

      Inexperienced managers. Politics at higher level. Not meritocratic. Discriminatory towards females in tech. People seem to magically disappear when they do not agree with management. Lack of transparency from higher management including the board.
