      Pros

      One of the best aspects of working here are the employees, we're all engaged in the process and genuinely care about our customers. Management is attentive, and very understanding of any personal issues that may come up. The schedule is great (6 am-3 pm) for most employees, and this allows you to beat traffic in the morning and afternoon.

      Cons

      The only true con is that things can get very faced-paced around here at times, but you adapt pretty quickly to catch up. Sometimes work levels vary greatly, so you might find yourself slammed one week, and struggling to find things to work on the next.

      Loves it's staff and really grows them from within. You are not stuck in positions and they give all tools you need to grow.

      Pros

      ADZZUP is one of the few local SEO companies out there that provide legit service for their customers. They actually care for their customers and employees. Always striving for ways to improve the company and their service. As an employee its great because it has the family-like atmosphere and is a fun place to work. The whole company is one team from the sales team, customer service, web designers, content writers, account managers all the way to management. Great hours! This is a place you really can have a passion for. If you enjoy the internet and everything about it, also enjoy helping others accomplish their dreams this is the place to be. Honest, committed and determined to make a difference in their customers and employees lives. Ive been here for several months after continuously being disappointed in every job I've worked before. It has been my best job and career opportunity so far.

      Cons

      Definitely could use faster computers and a more updated software in their clients back office system. Not too many flaws in the way the company operates as a whole though.
