Pros

- They have a coffe machine in the office. - Kitchen with microwave is now avaliable after 10 years asking management.

Cons

- Management has only one goal, and it's to keep their position for as long as possible, this lead to firing capable employees forcing most of them to go to court in order to get what they deserve by law. - You always have the feeling of fear in the company, employees are always worried about their position in Aeddgency (PeakAdx) and how they are going to be fired. - Employees are feeling they are being lead by people that are not realiable enough which is killing their entusiasm at work. - New management is promoting people that have only been in the company for weeks instead of giving a chance to people with experience inside the company, damaging even further the image of new management. - Tech team is lacking resources and the capable employees are being fired by the management. - Aedgency is testing too many things at once making clients and employees confused about the focus of the company.

Pros

There was a very nice place to work from 2013 to 2015. Then, when the management changed, everything was going down. Recently I can't see much pros to share.

Cons

On my experience in the last year, they didn't have a clear vision of the market. No consistency on the goals to achieve. The culture of the company is to fire you without any consistent reason, without rights, to gain some time to pay you in the court, wasting your time, money and health during this period. In front of you, they can be your best friend, and you are the best employer. But on your back, they use to don't care anything about you. Be careful and don't trust them much. If you are thinking to work there, be prepared, take the most advantage you can from them and protect yourself. One day you may need to defend yourself.

I was saddened to learn out of your negative reaction to your work experience that things turned to be a bad towards the end of your employment period. Your comments will certainly help me, as I am constantly revising and redesigning the company's structure, mentality and DNA since I took over the reins about 5 months ago. Pros

Just recently Joined a few months ago from a company which was mismanaged and took advantage of their staff. Arrived in a big turning point for Aedgency which had made a lot of changes in management and company direction as I was arriving. I am now very happy with my change as the trust they put in their staff (much less micromanagement than I was used to) and they reward well with good salaries and perks such as healthcare, gym etc. Management make efforts to listen to their staff and make decisions that help us move forward as a team. More effort has also been made to build a good environment in the office with company events and activities. A lot of opportunity to grow your career. You also get half days every Friday which is amazing.

Cons

Can be a bit hectic at times, no kitchen in the office but we have a kitchen/chill area next to the office
