Pros
Pride themselves on a family/rugby team/fraternity workplace. They look for “super star” employees. They encourage learning on the job and “drinking from the firehose” training.
Cons
Must fit their fraternity/family ideal. As with any consulting agency, you will work long hours. As a part of the queer community, I strongly recommend that you stay closeted unless you find colleagues who are allies AND safe people. Be warned, if you apply to other jobs there is a risk they will claim you never worked for them to your future new employer. Keep all records in writing throughout your time there! HR does not appear to have an established system of records for prior employees.
