Pros
The company has best product to sale which is insurance and the environment is very comfortable to work it would be an honour to work with this company. Aegon is my dream company I like to work with.
Cons
As for me i am comfortable working in any profile. I am a multitasking person. I can work in uncomfortable zone also. I like to convince customers where other finds the same things challenging.
