      State of the art robotics. Decent offices.

      Cons

      Frustrating experience. The C-level executives seem completely out of touch with the actual needs and realities of the market. We worked tirelessly to develop new features, only to have them removed later because there was no market demand for them. Demotivating work environment.

      My team leader is very supportive and takes the time to mentor the team

      Cons

      The salary is low, and the workload is heavy. Management doesn't understand the testing process, so our tasks are often unclear. Whenever we find a bug, the developers claim it 'works as designed' and refuse to fix the problem. Instead, they always complain and call the test team stupid.
