This is for me the best company I have worked with so far, I joined the company 4 years ago while I was looking for a new experience in a smaller company, I was looking for some freedom in my job and needed to express my creativity. I was right to choose Aepsilon, this company keeps innovating and let a real freedom to its employees wether on the management, the company has implemented tail management, on the service it offers to its customers, or the recruitment. Every layer is handle with sincerity and honesty, the whole activity and communication is simple, I will recommend this company to candidate who are looking for a modern and innovative company, where people value is the most important and everyone decision and voice counts.

If you are used to work for big companies with processes, a hierarchy and have a detailed list of task to achieved on a daily/monthly basis then this company is not made for you.

None, maybe a good "marketing" to sale and attract talents but it's only a package and this do not reflect the reality.

This company possesses no value. Unfortunately the management do not respect their promesses and employees are used for external projects but are definitely not respected. I strongly and absolutely do not recommend this company to any employee or customer.
