Pros
They sell BOT very niche and should have stuck with that. Hybrid environment was good post covid but it became a nuisance when they tried to get people to office later. They hired the team mentioning they will setup an office in Vikhroli - they never set it up and caused reputational loss for the managers.
Cons
Not a good company they struggle to pay electricity bills for Sahas office and one day an inspector was shouting in the office. I was made fun of by a senior when I told him company was stable. He told me about the pending electricity bills.
