Cons
Tone deaf & opaque leadership, toxic masculinity in several key leadership positions, gross pay disparities across departments, poor consideration for work life balance, known to randomly terminate great employees with no explanation on several occasions, title inflation is rampant, bureaucratic bloat is prevalent despite rhetoric that eschews non-value added bureaucracy, inflated egos can create a hostile and non-collaborative environment, lack of agility is the result of these disfunctions.
