Everyone on the team has true ownership of the duties associated with their role and the employees' input is both accepted and appreciated. The technology is cutting edge and continually evolving to meet/exceed industry practice and customer expectations. As an AE this makes conversations with customers fun and helps put them at ease with who we are as a company and partner. Common practice is to debate topics, working as a team to reach a solution, and then we all run fast to execute on that decision. Highly recommended if you are willing to learn, get into the weeds, and speak up. Also, a large plus you're working with companies to solve truly inspiring real world problems that impact your personal and professional life.
