Upper management supports discrimination, harrassment, and racism in the entire company. Site management members are racist and target employees by their gender, color, and nationality. Toxic work environment in production facility. Site management falsified records and documentations for USDA to get FSQA certifications. There is a different treatment and preference for white people. Hightly recommended not to work here.
