      Senior management is sexist and demanding, hours are irregular, and be prepared to work on some major holidays.

      Was small, and very accessible as far as the whole company, departments, CEO, and direct communication.

      Cons

      Very little. We got bought by Scotts Miracle Gro and got pushed out due to Covid Policies.
