Before Scott’s Miracle Gro, I was really happy rapidly bringing concepts form start to market and gaining great experience. We had a relatively small team yet I loved the freedom and relationship I had with my manager and employer.

Very few if any cons in my own experiences, the role was really what I made it. I cannot complain.

Helpful team, supportive management and training process, straight-forward set of tasks
