I have truly enjoyed working for Aeroflow. I do my job and work hard and am not bothered or micro-managed. The work is sometimes very demanding and at times overwhelming but the good outweighs the bad for the most part. I have been in healthcare for nearly 25 years and this is one of the best jobs I have had. The days are few and far between that I get up in the morning and do not want to go to work. I like that my day is mixed up a little in that some of my time is spent in my office and other times I am seeing patients outside of the office. It really breaks up a long day. Having a company vehicle is a plus as well. Overall, Aeroflow is a great company to work for.
Cons
I am not one to ask for a pat on the back, but I do sometimes wish that those of us that put in the effort were recognized more for our hard work and dedication. I sometimes feel that upper management forgets that we exist.

Thank you so much for your input I really appreciate it. I would love to talk to you about where you think we are bending too much and what we can do about showing you and all the other phenomenal employees the appreciation they deserve. Looking forward to talking to you soon and thank you for all the hard work you have put into your job. Our clinical team is strong and I am sure you are a large part of that! Thank you very much!!
They offer great benefits in exchange for being their slave and constantly watching you, even as a responsible employee. Their OUTDATED program crashes 10x a day. One time their program crashed for the majority of the day and I could't finish an account and the operations executive (I think is his title) privately messaged me asking why an account was incomplete. Didn't even give me the benefit of the doubt. Tone deaf and lame
