Pros

Didn't know anything about Urology but the training was great. It is ongoing because there is so much to learn. Everyone is honestly incredible. Always teaching and learning never made to feel inferior or degraded. Urology department constantly getting compliments from patients. Working from home is the greatest benefit. They give you all of the supplies to set up at home so out of pocket expense. There are no stupid questions and they mean it!

Cons

Working from home can also be a con as well with no human contact but with the google meetings and we can see each other and visit makes it better. The company is growing so fast the computers are sometimes slow but the IT department is super quick and happy to help. Fixing things immediately.

Pros

Great benefits, WFH, wellness reimbursement

Cons

They offer great benefits in exchange for being their slave and constantly watching you, even as a responsible employee. Their OUTDATED program crashes 10x a day. One time their program crashed for the majority of the day and I could't finish an account and the operations executive (I think is his title) privately messaged me asking why an account was incomplete. Didn't even give me the benefit of the doubt. Tone deaf and lame
