Pros
I have worked full time at Aeroflow for just over two years. During this time I have had the opportunity to move into a leadership role in my original department, and later transfer to a whole different department. This company is very fast paced and always changing (which is a reflection of the industry) Management is very open to new ideas, and has embraced the constant changes. I am constantly asked for my feedback. I also very much enjoy the family atmosphere here, everyone really looks out for each other! The office has that Cheers feeling, where everybody knows your name.
Cons
Aeroflow is very much a technology based company. You can expect to be using a multitude of different computer programs simultaneously. Multitasking and organization are important to success at Aeroflow.
