I have been with the company almost 4 years. There has been so much growth within the company which has led to many career opportunities for those who work hard! Upper management works very hard to develop and produce leaders internally. The company genuinely cares about their patients as well as their staff and are continuously looking for ways to improve to make it a place where all staff feel as if they are part of the Aeroflow family. Great place to be if you are looking for growth as a professional and to just enjoy where you work!
Cons
Very fast paced environment so you need to be able to adapt to changes quickly. However you are given the tools needed to make those changes easily.
