Pros
I have been with Aeroflow going on three years now and it is the best job I have ever had. My supervisor is amazing. If I have any kind of issue she is very flexible and caring. It is a very culturally diverse and we are like a family. If anybody has issues there is always somebody to help. This is a very rewarding job to have and I would love for our family to continue to grow.
Cons
When I first started there seemed to be some communication issues but these have been resolved and the company runs very smooth now.
