Aeroflow is a fast growing company with a lot of room for continued growth in the future. If you have a desire to succeed and you take pride in your work, you will distinguish yourself and have plenty of opportunities to be promoted from within. Competitive pay for entry-level positions. Aeroflow would make a great fit for anyone looking for a career in healthcare.
Cons
The benefits are standard across the board; Health, Vision, Dental, Life, 401K. Nothing special..but the health insurance isn't cheap. I was expecting better healthcare benefits from a 'healthcare' provider. It's costly, but what isn't these days? Also, being that Aeroflow is a healthcare provider and knowing we have to be available for patients...the time-off given during the holidays aren't too great. (1 Day for Christmas)
