Great company culture! There are ample opportunities for growth. Remote flexibility. No shortage of fun projects to work on. Great benefits for those having children.
Cons
- The CEO is heavily dependent on being involved in the database often creating breaking changes to entire systems. - The internal database is not normalized nor will it ever be. - Things can often move fast, not a job for those that want to coast. - You will need to learn about healthcare, and the insurance businesses if you want to make the most impact - PTO is a little rough for new employees
