Pros
There is nothing positive about this company. Perhaps if you work in Europe than it is another story.
Cons
I have never seen a company with such a narrow vision. Very compartmentalized. Most level that manage the Mirabel Plant are lower level management and do not know what is going on. Higher level management are mostly working from Europe and don't seem to be intouch nor understand North American workers. Benefits are terrible. Pay is lower than average.
