Excellent management to handle employee issues, team building is at par with few of the best places i have worked with. Positive environment with partners always seeking and acquiring new opportunities.

Since headoffice is overseas, coordination is required. Time gap between continents sometimes becomes a real challenge.

Numerous training programs arranged as per the needs of the team 6. Got opportunity to learn about Social Media Hiring 7. CEO is appreciative of good work 8. CEO really cares about the employees; work from home or flexible timings has never been an issue 9. Release from organisation was smooth; received experience and release letters on time

The only downside I found was that the junior recruiters are not given their due respect by the employees in senior positions. Every individual and their work is important and that should be respected.
