Poor job scheduling Shop needs better lighting Air filter/dust collection in the weld areas could be better

It is a small company so there is a lot of hands-on work on all aspects of the manufacturing process. I got to interact with many of the workers and the machinery.

Most of the staff are native Spanish speakers; as someone who does not know Spanish, it was hard for me to communicate well with many of the workers.
