Good pay and work environment - Tig Welder Aerospace Manufacturing Employee Review

It is a small company so there is a lot of hands-on work on all aspects of the manufacturing process. I got to interact with many of the workers and the machinery.

Most of the staff are native Spanish speakers; as someone who does not know Spanish, it was hard for me to communicate well with many of the workers.

-Interesting product -Everyone is smart, competent and professional -I'ts a growing business

-Not a lot of money is spent on hiring more resources to handle the increase in volume that is a result of the growing business
