      -Great benefits: 20 Days PTO, 100% paid for Health, Dental, Vision, and more. -Flexible work hours: they let you work whenever you want. -Permanently remote -Profit-sharing -Opportunities to try new things and take on special projects to grow your skills. -Coworkers are knowledgeable, good mentors, and great to chat with

      Cons

      The normal small company cons...you must wear a lot of hats and there are not a lot of opportunities to advance. The good news is they let you try new things so you can grow your skill set and learn things outside of your discipline.

      I work in this company for much less money than normal in industry. I am not recommend to work here.

      Thank you for your feedback. However, it appears that there may have been a misunderstanding, as your post likely pertains to a different organization. We have only one contractor today, and we always pay all our contractors on time. We recommend verifying the intended company to address the matter appropriately
