pay is relatively lower than industry peers

I waited 6 months to post a review because they seemed to good to be true. They are the real deal. They invest back into their people. Benefits are incredible. They genuinely care about their workers. I have seen how badly a company can abuse their workers. Even with Covid they have been there to support us wherever we need it.

Policy and procedures are not well established. Work is very specific with quality and assurance, but logistics are a bit muddled. For example: if I want a copy of a contract I have to ask multiple people to help me multiple times.
