Working here was like being a part of a family. Your voice was heard at all levels.

As a smaller company growth within the company was also at a smaller / limited scale.

I worked here for about 6 months and it was a clear nobody knew how to operate this brand well. A joke. Lol. No pros.

Some of the slimiest people you’ll meet. Clothing low tier, HQ is lower tier. They’re gonna be a no-name, unsuccessful, overpriced, poorly margined, retailer that eventually fizzles. Move on. Go to a more reputable brand within this niche category and any issues you deal with there can at least be leveraged with the brand having some sort of notable profile. This will crash. Burn. And the owners will find another venture where they recruit others to exploit themselves and their direct reports/colleagues.
