      Learning and training Exposure to new clouds like Data Cloud Management focus on skilling for future This is a performance oriented company and only the tough will survive. So, join this if you are a good developer at college level (I joined as intern). Fun culture and no hierarchy

      Pros

      * Opportunity to move to the US on certain projects. * Great mentorship: work on a daily basis with people who would be in director or HoD positions in other consulting firms. So, you know you are going to be learning from the best. * Great environment: warm, fun and hardworking ... and foosball :) * High potential - early stages of becoming a massive company (on the roadmap to overtake Cognizant, TCS, etc in 5-10 years), it would be smart to join early.

      * Hard to get into the company (interviews, proof of work and certification (paid for by company)).
