Set schedule, decent starting pay, easy to get the job, not hard work

No room for advancement, no pay raises, disrespectful management, repetitiveness gets boring, I was the only person in the building during my shift and my supervisor has written me up multiple times for not doing things I had done, when I brought it up to his superiors all my write-ups were dropped because of lack of evidence,
