Great place to work, nice technologies, agile development process almost well defined, no pressure to achieve goals, internal training help people to improve skills, investment in development tools, nice benefits.
Cons
Outdated salaries, some people are hard to handle and do not like to collaborate, the company does not offer external training, the office's building needs some repairs, requirements engineering almost inexistent, career plan is not visible and people do not know what they need to do to reach higher seniority levels.
