Pros

There are no pros working for this company.

Cons

STAY FAR FAR AWAY. I was lied to about my salary, job description, and bonus. Owner refuses to put anything in writing and plays psychological games to get you to do what he wants. There are a million and one red flags about this company, such as the owner screaming at employees when he has a bad day, talking trash about current employees during the interview, not paying employees the full end of year bonus, firing employees without justification, not paying the salary that was promised and then calling employees liars when they bring it up, overworking employees, etc. He has even asked employees to “help out” for a few weeks after they resigned, and then made an issue about paying them, as if he expects it all to be volunteer work. Don’t make the mistake of working here, there are MANY other companies that will pay you more than the $30-$40k salary they offer. The other owner knows about all the unethical and borderline illegal practices and enables him, which is shameful because she acts like she is on your side. Oh, and the “good” reviews are not written by real employees. Bottom line is don’t work for them, and if you do, make sure EVERYTHING is in writing and don’t put up with the narcissistic tactics. They only hire young women, ideally just out of college. This alone should say enough. Hopefully this will help someone avoid the same mistake I made.
