Pros
The clients are amazing to work with. Coworkers are also wonderful. You're surrounded by people who care about the work that you're doing. There's a lot of opportunity for advancement.
Cons
It's not a job very conducive to work/life balance. The hours can be pretty long, and the work (while super rewarding) takes a lot out of you. Also, if you don't finish your session notes while at the clinic, you'll have to do them at home. You can only bill for that at the clinic, and even then, only for 30 minutes. I've ended up doing a lot of unpaid work.
