      -Really bad politics from associate to VP level -No skill development at all as the knowledge is not passed down by seniors -IT is no more the same for an ad tech company after some internal dispute -Your manager will have less skills than you private life is discussed in public and gosspi spreads like wildfire, literally! -egoistic top management
