If you join you will get below mention benefit. 1) you will get last month salary after 20th in current month. 2) If you want to apply leave you need proper justification to take your own leave. 3) Company is run by their relatives so you can't complain to any one. 4) Pure Lala company where boss is always right. 5) You need to submit Post dated cheque for 2 month salary if you run away from the company they bounce your cheque and file legal complain on you. 6) Full and Final settlement will be on their time table after 6 months you will receive your settlement cheque it depend on you how much you followup. 7) They have 2 month notice period if you think you leave them they make your life jhand. 8) Recently I hard that they don't have proper washroom , people need bucket and Mug before enter in the washroom since 8 months they are not reparing it. If you want to join clear all the above points with HR in writting before join.
