Pros

Over time is given in abundance

Cons

•owner is rude •micromanage daily• employees have cried from stress in the office numerous times• They don't pay enough• They don't care about the wellbeing or mental health of the employees who make the company run, as long as they cover the cases they can care less. If you are physically impaired because of an accident they will say you suck at your job and fire you. They will promote people who brown nose not the ones who actually put in the hard work. This place sucks. They will act like they can't pay the home health aides 11$ to make sure the clients stay healthy and have consistent work. God forbid u ask to pay a worker 12 an hr. I can go on and on.

Pros

Salary above average, training and they respect work schedules well. I got along well with the whole team, everyone helped me whenever I needed it.

Cons

The workload is large but they provide all the tools to complete daily tasks. If you are a hard-working person you will be successful in this position.
