Very dishonest when hiring. They don’t tell you that after training day want you to work days long hours during the day plus add on two on-call nights a week. Mine equated to about 20 bucks an hour I could work at McDonald’s for that.

I have the privilege each day of helping patients and families navigate one of life’s most difficult journeys. What I get to do isn’t just a job, it’s a calling and ministry.
Cons
I have the opportunity to educate families about hospice care, provide support during uncertain times, and connect people with compassionate care that focuses on comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
This company was exactly what I was looking for to make a difference! The leadership here is supportive and always eager to help. Happy to be with a hospice company that truly treats you as family and provides unmatched care to the Cullman and Morgan county communities.
Cons
Insurance plan needs improvement to decrease surgical costs
