If you want hours and overtime, and you love heat and being treated like a worthless dog, this is the place for you.
Cons
They will set you up to fail, then blame you for it. No matter how you explain to them that there is a better or more efficient way to do a job, or that their equipment or system needs to be improved, they will ignore you or outright talk to you like you're an idiot, then when things get messed up they will blame you for it.
Also, they contract their timekeeping out to a third-party app whose own reviews are very derogatory, and you will constantly have to fix your timesheet online, and again - If your paycheck is incorrect or you are counted absent on a day you actually worked... they will blame you. Despite the fact that Texas labor law requires the employer to keep track of timeshares and make sure they are correct.
