Management leads by example and is always willing to step in when needed. They genuinely support career growth and encourage learning, which makes a big difference. The work can feel endless and overwhelming at times, but that also makes it engaging and fun. There is always something new to tackle, and with such a wide variety of projects, you have the freedom to choose work that interests you. Management is supportive of people finding their niche and doing what they enjoy. Work life balance is good, pay is solid, and while the benefits are pretty standard for this type of company, the culture makes up for it. The office has a great energy and it feels like family. We work hard but we laugh and have fun every day, which makes even the busiest days enjoyable. Plus, working in solar is something you can really feel good about.
