Pros
The company is fantastic! I never ran into a person I didn't like! The bonuses and trips are amazing and that never ends. It isn't just something that ends after the first year, it continues year after year and the trips and bonuses get better and better!
Cons
Cold calling is very hard if you aren't used to it. Make sure you have a good book of business and are willing to work your current contacts.
