      Pros

      Flexibility with needing to make doctors appts or pick up kids from school. Not much of anything else.

      Cons

      Poor technology for agents to get work done. Too much paperwork and unnecessary follow up. Have to drive constantly.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
