      You can work your own hours sometimes

      Cons

      Work hard so others get paid . Treat people with no ethical code whatsoever. Pyramid scheme! They give a great sales pitch to get you to drop everything and sign up with them. Promise you great things but it's you who will work to pad their pockets. Don't work for these people, you'd be better off flipping burgers.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
