      Pros

      Great training and support, balance between work and life, NO WEEKENDS, unlimited income potential, contests and trips, opportunities for promotions, very positive and friendly work place.

      Cons

      Personal time management is my biggest challenge. I just need to go to work consistently everyday. When I do, I'm setting appointments and making money.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
