      Pros

      Flexible hours and it was hip because they had music playing in the office

      Cons

      You're recruiting for sales agents and its commission only. No one wants to work for free until they get the hang of it. Also, doesnt seem like they care about you as a person...just interested in making money. Pyramid scam. All it was about was recruiting...no other HR aspect.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
