The company is phenomenal! Never have I experienced a better organization to work for. They take care of their employees and events better than any other I have seen.
Cons
Activity is key to making it in this industry. Too many people think they are going to go “work for themselves”. They think being an “independent contractor” means that they can work as much or as little as they want. If you do not anticipate putting in 40 hour work weeks for the first few years then you are wasting your and your field trainer’s time. Consider yourself a “dependent contractor” for at least your first year and GO TO WORK. You are dependent on the training you’ll receive, you are dependent on the help of others, you are dependent on one of the world’s most recognizable brands and world-class marketing to help open doors for you. DO NOT START unless you are committed to working full-time until you reach your minimum income goals. Activity, activity, activity.
