      Pros

      Annual Profit Sharing Bonus, employee appreciation week.

      Cons

      Very little career progression for women. Women are the last on the totem pole. Pecking order Men, Minority Men, Minority Women, Women. Doesn't matter that you trained and or did their job, if a man is an applicant the women never gets the job.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
