I thought I had to do everything all at once to make money. The team in New Braunfels trained me and supported me to make my numbers and hit my goals. Flexible hours came in place when family matters would come up. You get to work with fun and energetic people. There are contests for motivation. When I get a call from a policy holder and sends me their claim, I know that I am in the right place because I know I can help them out.
Cons
A learning curve is going from a salary position to 100% commission.
